Your Mission

We are building the future of 5G connectivity in space. As part of Aerospacelab, you will design, implement, and deploy 5G protocol stack components tailored for Non-Terrestrial Networks. You will work alongside experienced engineers to help bring high-performance wireless communication over satellite links to life.

Duties

Design, implement and validate 5G NR NTN gNB L2/L3 features according to 3GPP specifications
Develop Aerospacelab-specific enhancements
Build performance tests, unit tests, logging, and support infrastructure to ensure software quality
Deploy and validate software in lab and field environments, including satellite link emulation and hardware-in-the-loop systems

Must have

Academic or practical experience in telecommunications, embedded systems, or software engineering
Familiarity with 3GPP 5G specifications and protocol stack concepts
Programming skills in C/C++ or Rust
Eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset
