As a Senior Spacecraft Operations Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our satellite operations, steering the command of satellites, crafting essential ground tools, and automating mission processes. Key Responsabilities
- Mission Operations Participation: Engage in all operational phases of Aerospacelab’s CubeSats and SmallSats missions,
- Operations Planning and Scheduling: Contribute to the planning and scheduling of satellite's missions, to optimize the operations.
- Procedure Development: Develop, validate, and maintain both nominal and contingency operations procedures,
- Tool and Script Development: Drive the creation and maintenance of operations tools and scripts, leveraging automation and Python scripting,
- Subsystem Support: Provide support in the design of platform subsystems, payload instruments, on-board software management, satellite simulators, and ground segment operations requirements,
- User Manuals and Procedures: Contribute to the production of comprehensive spacecraft user manuals and procedures, ensuring clarity and accessibility for the operations team,
- Operations Concept Development: Play a key role in shaping and refining operations concepts to enhance overall mission effectiveness,
- Performance Analysis: Conduct health and performance trend analysis at the system, subsystem, and instrument levels,
- Anomaly Investigation: Investigate spacecraft anomalies and actively participate in the anomaly resolution process, demonstrating your problem-solving skills,
- On-Call Support: Participate in satellite on-call support, contributing to the continuous monitoring and success of missions.
- Trainings: Take the lead in training Juniors Staellite Operations Engineers.
