About Aerospacelab
Our mission is supported by an ambitious vertically integrated approach: design & manufacture of small satellites combined with development of earth observation services.
Since its creation in 2018, the company has already grown substantially. Our team gathers more than 25 engineering expertise, from hardware design to software development & data science.

Role overview
As Health and Safety Advisor, you work closely with the SIPP manager to implement the well-being at work policy.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of health, safety and welfare to directors, managers, staff and committees as appropriate.
- Monitor and research new health and safety legislations and best practices
- Review and update the corporate health and safety policy.
- Advise on the implementation of risk assessments and safe methods of operation, supporting staff to conduct risk assessments.
- Perform regular checks and audits of the buildings and work practices, preparing reports and making recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the investigation of cases of alleged personal injury/health and safety breaches and provide reports as appropriate.
- Advise on the council’s health and safety training program, including researching appropriate training solutions and recommending training programs.
- Attend health and safety committee meetings and provide advice as necessary.
- Recommend and implement changes to working practices that are safe and comply with legislation.
- Advise on a range of specialist areas, e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery and occupational diseases.

- Prevention advisor level 2 graduation or obtained within the year
- Analytical skills
- Highly developed advisory, guiding, negotiating and persuasive skills
- Ability to communicate both complex and potentially contentious information to a range of different types of audience
- Ability to create and develop good professional working relationships
- Demonstrate initiative, responsiveness, rigor and composure
Must have
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written
- Organized, structured
- Open to take responsibilities/ownership
- Anticipation and proactivity
nice to have
- Experience in SIPP service
- 2-5 years of experience
- Experience in the industrial sector is a strong plus
- Safety training (first aid, SLCI team member, etc.) is an advantage
- Have a basic knowledge of English or be willing to learn
