Role overview

You will join Aerospacelab as Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in our Toulouse office. The HR team currently counts 7 people, all based in Belgium. On site in Toulouse, you will work hand in hand with the HRBP France, while staying closely connected to the Belgian team and to our other recruiters.

Your primary focus will be recruitment for our French entity, with support on International hiring as well. You will own the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, for a wide range of profiles across all our entities: from production operators to engineers, sales, support functions and C-level executives.

Recruitment will be the core of your role, but at Aerospacelab, nobody does just one thing. As our French team grows, you will also support the HRBP France on broader HR topics. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role: priorities shift, profiles vary from one week to the next, and you will juggle several countries, legal frameworks and stakeholders at once.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process for France and Switzerland (and Belgium when needed), in collaboration with the HRBP France and our other recruiter: proactive sourcing, interviews, follow-up with team leaders, selection, offers
  • Source candidates actively (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, direct approach) and build international talent pipelines for hard-to-fill profiles
  • Work with recruitment agencies and headhunters: brief them, steer them and evaluate their performance
  • Navigate the contractual and legal frameworks of each country, including French labour law and specific statuses (impatriates, VIE, work-study / alternance, etc.)
  • Carry out administrative follow-up (KPIs, recruitment plan, ATS updates)
  • Organize and run recruiting events with the HR and Communication teams (job fairs, conferences, university and school events)
  • Take part in onboarding new joiners and make sure they feel welcome from day one
  • Support hiring managers with job descriptions
  • Support the HRBP France on day-to-day HR topics (HR tickets, payroll administration, onboarding/offboarding, training)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment and HR processes

Must have

  • At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection (in-house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing expertise, with advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms (Indeed, JobTeaser, etc.), and a demonstrable track record of filling hard-to-fill positions
  • Experience recruiting across the full spectrum of profiles: blue-collar / production operators, white-collar employees and C-level executives
  • Experience with international recruitment across several countries and sites, including running a company stand at job fairs or career days
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies and headhunters
  • Knowledge of French employment law and of the different employment schemes and statuses (impatriates, VIE, work-study / alternance, etc.)
  • Autonomous, comfortable in a fast-changing environment and at ease with stakeholders at all levels, across several countries
  • Fluency in French and English
