Role Overview

Aerospacelab is looking for a Business Analyst who will contribute to the continuous integration of the Odoo ERP in the company.

The analyst will be part of an experienced team of Odoo analysts and developers, with a 360° implementation goal, from purchases to sales, from project to manufacturing, from human resources to helpdesk, going through inventory, finance, customer relations, quality, maintenance and many more as a key driver of the company's growth. The BA is the bridge between the business and the development team: identifying the real problem behind a request, articulating its value, and driving the right solution from specification to delivery.

Duties

As part of the ERP deployment team:

You ensure the analysis, specification and deployment of ERP modules based on business needs
You identify operational pain points, challenge assumptions and propose concrete, well-reasoned solutions
You provide functional support to end users across all departments: production, supply chain, quality, finance, project management and beyond
You translate business requirements into clear specifications that developers can act on, and translate technical constraints back into language the business understands
You produce high-quality functional documentation that will be used to run Aerospacelab's operations and onboard future team members
You participate in the elaboration of technical and functional specifications with final users and the other developers

Must have

Odoo functional knowledge
Bachelor or Master degree in business, industrial engineering, information systems or equivalent practical experience
Proven ability to identify the business problem behind a request and propose concrete solutions
Strong written and verbal communication, in English and ideally French
Structured, detail-oriented mindset
Curious, open-minded and autonomous
Good at problem solving and solution-oriented by nature
Autonomous, Assertive & Proactive
