In 2024, Aerospacelab counts offices in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), Toulouse (France), Lausanne (Switzerland) and US West Coast with more than 200 full-time employees, with the ambition to position itself as the European leader in small satellites.

Role Overview

Within a dynamic team of 4 HR people,. you will be in charge of the recruitment process, from the sourcing to the onboarding, of several profiles, engineers, sales, logistics, executive… for our different entities in Belgium, France, Switzerland and USA.

In a spirit of collaboration and improvement, you will work closely with an other recruiter.

  • Collaborative management of the recruitment process : sourcing, interviews, follow-up with the team leaders, selection, offers…
  • Administrative follow-up (KPIs, follow-up of the recruitment plan, update of the ATS),
  • Organize the recruiting events in collaboration with the HR team & the Communication (job fairs, conferences, universities/high schools events…)
  • Participate in the onboarding of new joiners, make sure their 1st day remains an experience to remember
  • Provide support with job descriptions
  • Participate in continuous HR process improvement related to recruitment, onboarding and offboarding,
  • Give support to the team on several HR topics (onboarding, offboarding, administrative, trainings…) 

Nice to have

  • Experience with diverse recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobteaser…)
  • Experience in engineering sector
  • Odoo knowledge
  • HR experience in other fields than recruitment

Must have

  • Background Recruitment or equivalent by experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection (inhouse or agency)
  • Experience in recruiting diverse profiles (sales, executive, engineers…)
  • Experience with international recruitment
  • Organised and rigorous
  • Autonomous and able to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Able to easily develop work relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Fluency in French and English
