Role Overview
As part of the Sourcing & Supply chain team, you are in charge of supplier management
Your main responsibilities are:
- To ensure a relation of trust with all our local & international suppliers
- To ensure full deliveries on-time & on-quality
To do that, you will:
- Issue Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers based on the manufacturing need & on existing contract
- You set-up relevant follow-up with supplier to ensure the order is delivered on time, on quality & in-full
- Set-up KPI to follow supplier performance & organize audit at the supplier
- Monitor the supplier capacity and ensure it stays coherent with our order volume
- Ensure the ERP is up-to-date with correct qty and delivery date, using the info received by the suppliers
- Identify day-to-day procurement issue and set-up relevant solution.
- Escalate procurement risk
- Act as a direct delegate of our quality department by
- Setting-up up the relevant quality check at supplier
- Following-up all the nonconformance on delivered parts + ensuring corrective action are implemented
- Help the supplier in the validation of their special process
- You have a central position in the company in interaction with: project, production, quality, industrialization
